YIKES

Pretty sketchy. Didn’t seem like the room was cleaned while I was there. Moreover, the neighborhood is pretty sketchy, but just a few blocks away the neighborhood gets significantly nicer. I would recommend the Foundry.

You get what you pay for.

First of all, this is an old building and the rooms are small. but you get what you pay for. If you are only sleeping to the hotel this is ok. If you need to do anything else like work or something... look somewhere else. Good things: Complimentary Continental breakfast (not something fancy but a nice addition), cheap, fridge and microwave in the room, staff really helpful Not so good things: The old building seems really dirty, the king bed, takes all the space that you have in the room :D (A queen should have been more than enough for a room of that size)
