good value for money

If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay, this hotel fits the bill - true it is a bit run down but there appears to be a bit of refurbishment going on at the moment. I stay here regularly to visit family and the room is always made up each day and the bedding and towels are clean, breakfast is basic but more than adequate if you don’t want a lot- all in all good value for money.

Well situated near to tube stations but not the cleanest or most pleasant stay.

The hotel was very near to Clapham South station which is on the Northern line and therefore good for links to the city. My room was larger than expected but very dusty. There were tea and coffee facilities and a tv but the room was very basic. I had a ground floor room and was unable to open the curtains at all as the ’window’ was in fact a door leading onto a walkway which was frequented by guests and workers. This meant that the room was dark and noisy. If you need only a place to sleep and good access to transport links the hotel probably offers a good deal.

Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks

It was a cheap stay and breakfast was included.

You get what you pay for

I had a week in limbo, needing a place to stay for jusy 5 days. I cannot really complain- my stay was dirt cheap and I was lucky to get four walls and a roof for the amount I paid over the week. Not recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable stay or a clean room.
