We were very impressed and hope to go back.
Rooms were lovely with lake and mountain views all around;the service and food was wonderful and our dog was welcome. What more could you ask? We particularly enjoyed dining at the adjacent hotel owned restaurant, The Veranda. Also great food and good service. We would go back in a heart beat!

Nice Hotel, Great location
Nice hotel with great view of Mirror Lake and the surrounding mountains. An extra bonus is that it’s located right next to the Olympic Ice Centre, perched on a hill. Being next to the spot where the Miracle on Ice game was played is a really cool feeling!

Good Hotelwith Great View
Hotel location is great, at one end of Main Street right in the town. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Beware though that it is at the top of a steep hill, that you have to go down to get to the town (and more importantly go back up at the end of the day!) but there is a good path in addition to the road. Rooms are clean and well equipped (fridge, TV etc). Definitely pay the extra for a room with a balcony- although it isn’t big enough for a table, and you can only just squeeze 2 chairs in, the view across the town and Mirror Lake are fantastic and it means you get a fully opening door for fresh air
The Boathouse restaurant belonging to the hotel is excellent, especially if you can sit outside. Eating any meal at any of the hotel restaurants in the hotel is pricey though, so we only did it once as a treat. Best going into the town. For breakfast or lunch, go to Cafe 46- they have 46 different sandwiches for lunch, plus a good breakfast menu, soup, crepes
