Different from the usual hotel.
We had never stayed here before, but the hotel was lovely, very modern and clean. Thought breakfast could have been a bit more organised, there was no member of staff to direct guests where things were etc.
Traveller's tip on dining
We went to the Gusto Restaurant, which is on the Quayside. It was absolutely lovely inside and we were very pleased with the meal we had.

Fantastic stay
On arrival we were greeted on the desk by a receptionist whom spoke very quickly, when she was explaining a £50 charge that occurs for a week on your account i asked her to elaborate as i didnt quite understand and she seemed to get vexed and started talking even quicker.. which slightly annoyed me. We were shown the kitchen/breakfast area which were fantastic as was the pantry.. (very handy) the room was amazing and especially loved the shower it made the evening very special as we were going to see a band at the Sage so it was all walking distances!.. the room was to a perfect standard and impeciably clean!.. thank you!
A great location for good bars and clubs! ... but far enough out of the way to be nice and peacful

Posh Bedsit
The hotel was fabulous, just like a posh bedsit. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, not the greatest selection for vegetarians. However the free evening drinks and chesse were excellent and an unexpected treat! I was dissapointed that there was not a DVD player in the room as advertised. There was one DVD player in entire hotel and someone had already borrowed it during my stay.
