quiet neighborhood
The hotel was in a quiet area, even though it was close to a major highway, it was not noticeable inside our room. Very convient to restaurants and shopping also.

Terrible Desk Service
I had my 2 piece suit sent out to be cleaned. When it arrived back the pants was missing. I contacted the front desk they contacted the cleaners. The clerk told me the only thing he could do was to give me $35.00 and go to wal-mart to replace the pants on a $250.00 suit. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there were none available. I then had to contact the cleaning service personally to locate my pants. The pants were finally located and returned several hours later. When checking out I again ask for a manager and was told none was avalible.

Outstanding Hotel
The hotel was very clean. We opted for the King suite and it was phenomenal...quite spacious!!! The staff were very friendly n you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast =) We were overall very satisfied!
