Not Great
The hotel had this pretensious feel to it though it wasn’t all that nice. The pool was crowded with screaming kids everytime we went. The front desk person charged me twice for the valet parking. The TV was tiny. The AC didn’t work that well. I called the free shuttle and the hotel charged me $2 for that call. The room service people were very nice. Hallways were clean and the maid service was good. Overall, I would stay somewhere different then next time I visit Winnipeg.

Just ok
The hot tub rules were not followed as many guests used the hot tub the entire evening making it’s use by other guests impossible. Our bathroom was not cleaned on a daily basis

Great place to stay
We were greatly impressed with the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. Love the location!
