Never had back pain when waking up in hotel
Service-people were great/room was nice/shower pretty good.The bed[a king]was terrible.As I lay on my side I felt as if my feet were in the air.So soft yet so terribly hurtfull.Supposedly new beds,from where,the first world war?Sorry guys ,but the bed is the most important.You failed.

Very nice comfortable hotel
Room was very clean and neat. Indoor pool was a blessing and the health club was very private and convenient. The service staff was curtious and helpful. I would definately stay there again.

Extremely satidfied
Stayed at the HI Express last weekend (7/11-12) and had a great experience. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The room was immaculate (now granted the place just opened, you’d hope it would be in super shape, and it was). The breakfast buffet was excellent, plus they tended to it meticulously, unlike other places where after 20 or so people, the place looks like a barn. Only issue had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but there was a lacrosse tournament in town and the place was filled with kids (and their parents who let them run wild). Again, no fault of the hotel.
aks for one of there suites. you get the extra pull out couch, fridge, microwave, extra table space. Worht a few extra bucks, which were reasonable BTW.
