Upon arriving to the hotel ,getting to the parking area was confusing, getting out of the parking area was even worse. We had to go back and forth to see front desk person to validate my parking pass. The charge of $00.00 a day for a hotel parking is outragous.why charge your guest to park at your hotel.thats 4 stars? Thats (****four star treatment for you!!!!) .IT GETS EVEN BETTER-my seven year old was taking a bath and the complete stopper came out of the tub upon draining it.OUR TELEVISION was not hooked up properly to recieve the games they offered for sale to you,We odered three games, and couldnt see them. They finally fix the problems the next business day.I guess thats what you should expect on HOLLOWEEN WEEKEND---We got the the trick -They got the the treat!!!! SIGNED-UNHAPPY!!
During the fall season is one of the best times..When baseball is ending and football is starting.youll notice a spark-or call it a burst of energy .the city comes alive.Even with the economy being in its worst condition, and jobs at a lost. i found that the spirit that these people have is wonderful. PLEASE- GO VISIT BALTIMORES INNER HARBOR AREA.. YOULL THANK ME.... ENJOY!

Good value
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, price good relative to other hotels in the area. Its not as luxurious as others in the Inner Harbor, also not as pricey. If youre driving, theres a $20/day charge for in-and-out parking privileges in adjacent garage, which is probably competitive with area. If price and proximity to Camden Yards and Inner Harbor are more important than luxury, this hotel is worth considering.

Liked the location, right next to innerharbor, good neighborhood, attached/ convenient parking garage. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean, wireless avail, had a plesant stay. The only thing I dinged them on were the rooms themselves, relatively small room was not much open space.
