good location but overpriced
When I booked this hotel room, I booked for 2 adults, a child and an infant. Therefore I expected a family room. What we got was a standard room with a fold out bed and a cot literally squeezed in. However, I must stress that I arrived at the hotel at 8.30am just off a flight from London. The hotel was pleased to accommodate us early which was greatly appreciated. The staff were always around and about ready to help but they werent in our face at all which gives you great level of independence. Always taxis outside so we hopped in a cab and went straight to Disneyland. No searching around for transport or assistance.
As we had kids we were prepared to pay the extra for a hotel with space and facilities. It enabled us to go for dinner with a bottle of wine with the 7 yr old beside us and the 1yr old playing with the always friendly staff. After dinner it was only a ride in the elevator to bed. Staying in a basic hotel to save money makes for a stressful family break.

Lovely Hotel
Great service, easy early check in after early arrival with a small baby, room all set up with cot, clean, tidy, lightening fast action on request for more towels, great breakfast (not included in room price), good location near Victoria Park and shops. Couldnt say one bad word about our stay.
Request a harbour/park view room, and make sure you have some change for a tip for the lovely young man who will bring your bags to your room.

Excellent venue
I stayed in the Executive Level, which was beautiful. The staff was very accomodating, the room was wonderful and the property beautiful. The breakfast buffet (included in the room price) was absolutely fantastic. The only possible negative was the spa services. I had a manicure and a pedicure, and they were adequate, but not necessarily what one would expect from such a luxury property. However, they are in the process of renovating the spa and perhaps that had something to do with it. In any event, I dont stay at a hotel for the manicure, so it was no big deal. The checkout was a bit confusing, as there were charges on my bill that did not relate to me, but did relate to the event I was attending. Again, mistakes happen and they cleared it up when I brought it to their attention. I would definitely stay there again.
