great hotel
very comfortable room with huge comfortable bed, complimentary drinks and chocolates and one of the best cooked breakfasts ever! Nice big hot shower. Perfect for a romantic getaway! Only problem was ground floor street facing room so rather noisy all through the nite with drunks going home!Also no parking

Superb location and friendly service
This friendly guesthouse is ideally situated close to the seafront and town centre; both in walking distance. The cleanliness of the relatively small, ikea inspired room was faultless with a very comfy bed. The humble decor and friendly, helpful service add to the guesthouse appeal as oppose to a hotel. I would definately use Kempfield House again.
