Not even close to being a 4 Star hotel
Our first two rooms were equal to a Motel 6 rooms,ugh!!! actually, Motel 6 is classier..... we upgraded in anger just to feel comfortable coming back to our room each night. The upgraded room was fine but we paid through the nose and with the value of the dollar now, it was extremely frustrating. A 4 Star hotel is more than just a fancy lobby (upgrade did include wireless internet in the room and continental breakfast but still.... website is decieving on quality...) not worth the price at all.(Staff were very friendly)

Decent neighborhood and just a few blocks from the Kensington High street tube station-very convenient. (but if your room is on the train side, you’ll hear it all night :-(

Good hotel and Great service
Overall Great but no parking unless you want to park in thier underground parking at 25 pounds a day which adds up pretty fast over a few days. Very Easy to find and located in a good area. The people at the service desk were great to work with, they would do almost anything for us. Overall great hotel, I was happy with the stay and would go back.

Very satisfied
We enjoyed our stay at the Copthorne Tara hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel area were very clean and well maintained.We would definitely stay there again.
