Not bad for business
I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. It is clean and the service is good. However, the 3rd time around, I wasn’t able to upgrade my room to a doublebed because the hotel was fully booked. I ended up sleeping in a single (or twin-size bed) in a very, very small room. The small size of the room makes it very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Otherwise, it was fine.

Would stay again
I organised a group of people to stay here. Good location - near Euston station. Staff were friendly and helpful. They kept our bags before checking in and also after checking out of room as we were walking around london. Doorman hailed cabs for us too. We had twin rooms on the 1st floor. Room average size as was bathroom. It was clean but only thing I would say was that it was quite hot/stuffy as no window to outside for fresh air - our window opened into a conservatory with housed the gym. There was air con in the room though. Breakfast buffet - good selection of cold foods but we went down quite late and there was not much hot food left - there was still half and hour left of breakfast service so would have expected to still have a choice of hot food.
