Parque La Paz
Stayed there 7 nights in Aug,clean appartments and nicely located near new bar strips near Mare nostrum resort. 5 mins walk to 3 diff beaches.Ask for out facing apartments as pool view faces nightly music which is sometimes a racket! Pool area nice but the usual brit brigade are out at breakfast- claiming their loungers!sad! Overall was good place,I would recommend the B+B option.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Mare nostrum resort area is an expensive shopping area but its 5 mins to walk to Los Christianos and 10 min walk to Las Americas sea front from hotel. There is a bar strip beside hotel with nightly entertainment,some acts are ok. Downside is the mass of nightly sellers of fake watches and tat there,they dont give you peace.
