UT GIRL
Not worth the $200 for the "King Deluxe" room that I stayed in. I expected a much larger room. Also had to pay to park in their garage which was B.S. Should have been included in cost of room. Location was perfect. It is in a great area of downtown Knoxville. Dont know if I would stay there again unless I really had to.

Nice Place in Knoxville
Had a great time in Knoxville at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, cant express in words how great! Hotel needed updating and was showing wear. When we checked in, the front desk attendent was rude and abrubt with us. Made to feel rushed, almost like we were bothering her. Other staff were excellent to us. My only real complaint was the fee to park in addition to hotel rate per night which was already $$$. I think when you pay so much money for a nice hotel, the parking should be complimentary. Espedially when your car stays put. Would have given five stars if not for this.

Decent Hotel..perfect location
I feel like my decision to stay at this hotel was a good one. If you are looking for designer furniture and super sleek modern decor/architecture then this hotel is not going to impress you. This is basically a good hotel if youre in town for UT related games or business but I wouldnt stay in this hotel if I were, say, on vacation. While it is overall clean, the decor is dated. In our room our duvet was dirty and a clean one was promptly and courteously brought to us by very friendly hotel staff. The location was fantastic, located in the heart of Market Square district, and the breakfast in the morning was very delicious.
