Clean & Smaet - for a hobbit!
I stayed here years ago when it was a Hilton. It’s clean and very smrt with a nice bar area (expenisvice drinks) but my room (No 400) was tiny, even by stupid London Cupboard standards. I had a single bed and the room was so small that I could not lay there and watch TV as that was up pn the wall. I couldnt even watch it from my chair in the room. The Hotel was c 30 plus rooms over booked so I couldnt be moved. Saty iof you wish but check the room first. Also, no aircon in room!

`NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!
This hotel is disgusting! The TV cabinet doors had been ripped off the cabinets and plywood put in front to cover up the wires and outlets. Room service was "not available" for our stay. We were supposed to have a complimentary breakfast with our booking that was not honored. Room furnishings were ancient...except for the TV...not enough to redeem the poor review of this hotel.

Hot room was uncomfortable
Unfortunately we stayed there during the hottest week of the year. The air con didn’t work so the room was uncomfortably hot. The staff did their best to help by providing a fan.
