i check in late at night, and they give me a room that was ocuppied and persons sleeping inside, it was a terrible experince for me at that hour and imagine for the people inside the room. not acceptable, no body tl the hotel make responsable, they have to give me another room after long time of disscussion at the front desk. (they dont believe me), they have to send a security person to confirm it.

not the absolute best... but good.
the hotel is clean and nice. it seems a bit outdated (john portman 1970s grand space with the decor to match)... the decor of the room is the same. once you get over that (which, really, isn’t too bad). the hotel is located in a spectacular spot: close to the alameda (the central park), 1/2 block from the monument of the revolution, and close to a bunch of stuff -museums, restaurants, murals, etc. - in the city center of mexico. so, if you are there for vacation or work and need to be in the center... this is a good place.
