Living it up at the Ritz!
The Ritz Carlton exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, it was just a wonderful experience. They were very attentive to all of our needs. We ate twice in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the service was superb. My next visit to Atlanta I will again stay at the Ritz!

The front desk staff was excellent! The stay was great and in a great location! I would defintely stay again!

Waste of money!
When booking "The Ritz" I expected a special experience. I could not have been more disappointed. The room had a view of the back of a commercial building and a parking lot. View promised was " over the rolling hills of Atlanta". The room had a terrible smell , a combination of mildew and rug cleaner solvents. Why anyone would pay three times the average competitors rate to stay here is beyond my understanding. I will be sure no friend of mine ever makes the same mistake that I did.
Don’t overpay for The Ritz, you will be disappointed.
