Lovely Hotel
We went to Torrance for a family funeral and I booked this hotel because it was just around the corner from our relatives. At first when we pulled up we thought it was just a motel that led out onto the carpark. But once we went into the hotel we realised that we access the rooms from inside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke everytime we passed them. The rooms were very clean and had everything in that we needed. We would stay there again. Also the location was good for travelling around the area, there was a shopping Mall at the end of the street, and easy access to the beach.

Good Hotel Bad Feng Shui
The hotel was convenient and clean. Price was right and the access to the courtyard was nice. Also, there are little patios outside your room. Try to get an inside room to get the courtyard. I liked the ground floor. Staff was courteous. Had both wi-fi and wired internet connection with good speed. Two alarm clocks were a nice touch. Also, power ports next to your bed let you charge devices like cell phones and have them accessible without getting up. On the negative side, the beds were a bit soft for my tastes, and the layout of the room was perplexing. The bed did not face the TV, and if the bathroom door was open, the sink outside was unusable. Also, with the door open, the switch was inaccessible for the bathroom. In essence, you had to close the bathroom door, turn on the light, then open the door again, then close it. Who designed this place? All in all the negative was not that bad, and the room was functional.
