Very impressed -again !
Visited several years ago and loved it. Was apprehensive this time because of one unfavourable review on trip advisor. Had no need for concern- it was fantastic ! hotel extremely comfortable and very convenient. did not eat in the hotel as prices were very high compared to other establishments nearby. can,t wait to go back

eat out - the food in the hotel is overpriced. there are plenty of other food outlets nearby. don’t miss aj’s on lincoln road for excellent groceries and sanwiches

Very Nice
Great hotel. Very comfy. Only issue I had is with local basic amenities. The area has lots of nice high end shopping, but lacks readily available basics like gas stations, supermarkets and drugs stores. There are a few in the area but you won’t find them unless someone tells you exactly where they are. Scottsdale Rd has none in any of the shopping centers or malls. Anyway, as to the hotel, it is superb.
