A Keeper
The customer service here is beyond exceptional. Stayed for four nights, they were always extremely helpful. No matter the shift, they were always ready to go above and beyond for their guests. The hotel shuttle was very nice. Made full use of it. Be sure to ask the drivers any recommendations they have. Eat at Calecos, get the cheesecake to go (because you’ll be too stuffed to eat it there, but it shouldn’t be passed). The staff made my stay that much better. Omni is now a ’must stay at’ for wherever I go.
Definitely eat at Calecos, and if you can check out Eleven Eleven and Aya Sophia. Their lamb was magnificent. If you plan on going to Bailey’s Chocolate Bar, go early. And if you want a sub, go to Planet Sub. I’m hooked on the turkey, bacon, cream cheese and I can’t find it here at all!

Great hotel wonderful staff
Very comfortable room and very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful and only 9 bucks!!! If I ever go back to St. Louis I would stay here again.

Car broken into in secure lot
Omni has a parking lot across the street that is managed by the hotel, but not gated. Our car was broken into, GPS and radar detector taken. The hotel’s insurance will pay to fix damage to our car (drilled driver’s door to gain access), but for none of the items taken. The general manager does not return phone calls, and we were charged for the valet and overnight parking.
