Staff was lightweight
Lots of young staffers; not really interested in the guests. The restaurant, "Windows" was very good. I loved the Eggs Benedict with Portobella mushrooms. Housekeeping was inconsistent - they sprayed the room with obnoxious and overpowering room freshener on my second-to-last day; when I enquired why, the housekeeping staff said that they only do that on check out... Only one soap in the bathroom. Not a problem until they decided to replace the soap with a new one, freshly wrapped. Then, on last day, got another one. They profess to be eco-responsible, but the housekeeping staff "doesn’t get it".

It was a nice experience
The service at this hotel was very helpful and nice. We did not have a remote control in the room for the TV when we checked in. We called and they immediately brought us one and checked that it worked. The underground parking was very convenient and made it easy to come and go.
Traveller's tip on dining
The hotel has a very nice restaurant and there are other dining places close by. Very convenient for dining out.
