Newly Opened in 2009
This hotel is new, nicely appointed and reasonably priced. The front desk greeted me with a water bottle and granola bar at check-in, which was greatly appreciated because I had not had dinner. The room was nicely appointed with a large refrigerator and flat screened TV. There were a couple little glitches, for example, the printer was out of ink when I tried to print my boarding pass. However, the staff was more than willing to help, ie., transferred the information to a thumb drive and printed it from their office. The internet is complimentary and the hotel is within walking distance to the outlets (weather permitting). No full service restaurant on site (chain next door). Hotel is only 2.5 miles from down town Kingston and Queens University.

Pleasantly surprised
Newer hotel-rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent-a great selection of hot and cold items on the buffet. The only negative is that it is possible to hear the highway traffic from some rooms.
