never to be forgotten!
my husband and i booked this hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary, it was the best decision we made! apart from choosing each other to marry! the hotel service was second to none from start to finish! the room took my breath away (we stayed in the beaufort) the serive at dinner was fantastic not in yer face but noticing when our wine needed topping etc! the food was fantastic anf the nice touch in writing happy anniversary on our dessert in chocolate was a nice touch! cheese and biscuits bought to our room finished the evening off sitting in front of the fire sipping the complimatary sherry! a fantastic experience will definatly rerurn!

Thornbury treat
My fiancee and I thorougly enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolutly first class and friendly with a smill. The room was beyond our expectations.

Outstanding Hotel
The service was excellent and I was treated like a queen. I loved the room and it was a "wow" when the porter opened the room. The lights were on and music playing. It was inviting. My window faced on to the beautiful garden. The bathroom was modern. It was a peaceful and relaxing place.
