Somewhat Disappointed
This was our second stay and our accomadationss for all us were disappointing. The staff were helpful and very cordial. Two of our rooms had no dresser for clothes except for a small wood hanging closet which could not accomodate all of the clothes we brought. We lived out of our luggage. All of the rooms should have sufficent furniture to accomadate your clothing. I was told all of the rooms were not like these and they in the process of improving this. The location is great for restuarants and theater attractions. However we will consider other accomadations during our next visit.

Not What It Looks Like In their Website
All of the comforts of a good hotel room were not present at the Milford Plaza. I stayed in a single room which felt like it was tucked all the way in a hidden corner of the hotel. In addition to the card key lock, there was also a latch lock as well. Was it because the door looked like it was pried open previously with a crowbar? The fire alarm in the room next door kept on beeping on my last two nights there(the battery needed to be changed). My bathroom looked like it had not been remodeled since the 1970’s- spotty paint job on the walls and parts of the rug were torn. Did they just give the worst room in the hotel? I couldn’t even get a hold of the front desk with the phone. The only people who were friendly and cordial were the security at the elevator. I guess it was fortunate that my trip required me to spend most of my time out of the hotel!
