Too far away
The room is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and nice. However, the hotel is too far away the old town. In addition, the hotel is situated next to the highway that make you difficult walk to the city centre. There is no shuttle bus service from the hotel. It is difficult to get the bus and taxi.

Very comfortable hotel
All staff very helpful and friendly. My wife has Coeliac disease, but the kitchen and waiting staff did everything they could - with much humour at times - to ensure a suitable diet from their menu. (Breakfasts with this condition are always difficult, but the hotel folk were happy to microwave special bread brought by us). Everything else was, for us, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. (But note first comment below).
Traveller's tip
Very unimpressive entrance to hotel car park, and not very easy to find off main road. 20 minutes walk to Annecy centre, but partly along busy roads with some awkward crossings - but there is a bus service.
