Convenient and friendly
Having stayed in other Moab hotels, I can say this one was a good choice -- easy to walk to downtown, pleasant staff, and no hassle with our bikes!

Not satisfied with this hotel
Considering the price, I was not happy with this hotel. The WIFI that was advertised was not available in most rooms due to ’technical problems’. The front desk staff were not even apologetic about this lack of service. The room was VERY dated-looking and the bathroom was not up to my standards. I don’t think I have ever seen a bathroom sink in a hotel room that was visible from the beds (no wall or screen to hide it). The breakfast room is small and can only accomodate 5 or 6 people, in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

Needs Improvement
We exited the hotel from the side door only to find the area at the back end of the parking lot cluttered with small refrigerators stacked on top on one another, a picnic table up side down and broken and a bunch of stuff just laying around. The grounds were not kept. The interior was old and run down. Upon our departure we approached the front desk to return the keys to the room and ask for a receipt and the front desk person was speaking to a friend on the phone and would not give us her attention. She finally asked us what we needed and didn’t hang up the phone. The other manager working in the hotel was screaming at the house-keepers in the upper level of the hotel.
