Great Location, Decent sized room
I really enjoyed the fact that we could walk out of the hotel and go 50 feet and the Metro station was right there. The staff at the hotel were all extremely courteous and always ready to help. Our room was the king with the sofa sleeper. It was large enough for the two of us, but I wouldn’t put three people in the room for any amount of time. Excellent hotel, great price.

Good price
The hotel was super cheap and brand new. The room was comfortable and very clean. The metro was basically next door and super convenient.

VERY SMALL ROOMS
The pictures displayed on the Courtyard site for this hotel were not true to the rooms. This was a new hotel. Just opened Last month. My husband and 2 children stayed in a room that was supposed to be their King suite. It was a room with a king size bed, and a full size sofa sleeper that took up the rest of the room when opened. I had to crawl over my husband if I wanted to go to the bathroom. There was no place to put our suitcase. There was no Closet to hang our Jackets from being outside in the rain. The Shower was bigger than the chiffrobe with only hooks to hang the jackets. No place to sit and eat. There was a desk and Internet but you couldnt pull the table out that was underneath because there was no room to move around. There was a pool and weight room. For such a new Hotel they could’ve been a little bigger. The pool was almost triangle shape. There is no Parking for this Hotel and expensive per day. The Biggest perk of this Hotel is that it is right next too the Metro line, and you dont hear the train. This is not the hotel if you have a family. Rooms are WAY too small and unaccomodating.
Consider another less expensive hotel, or one in another area. This may be best for someone on a business trip ALONE.
