Great deal in Liverpool city centre
The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are neat. It’s situated near the two cathedrals and around the corner from the Philharmonic pub (definitely a place to check out). The only thing that was a bit annoying is that you can’t regulate the temperature of the room yourself, so the room was getting too hot sometimes. The room had a great shower too!

would stay here again no problem
i was over with my girlfriend for the liverpool match and had booked this hotel on the internet and to be fair was abit worried that the rooms had no windows with no air gettin in,but was very happy when we arrived the staff were helpfull and friendly and are room was clean and the bed and bathroom were great and air con was on so i couldn,t complain with anything, The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the center and the bus stop is right outside the door,At the weekend you need to be prepared for the younger generation coming back from a nite out they can make quite a racket but it dosen,t last to long thankfully!! I would have no problem using this hotel in the future it had everything we needed and at the price was great value

Good value if you don’t need windows
The hotel rooms are in a quirky basement with no windows. Thus, no street noise, though you hear the occasional door-slamming and, unfortunately, the showers from other rooms. However, it’s clean and comfortable. This is a good value hotel, I’ll happily stay there again.
Hotel is in between both of Liverpool’s cathedrals and close to two theatres plus the Philharmonic Hall.
