Most excellent!
The Eldon is just lovely. The location is fabulous and within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and museums. It is clean and has a very nice staff. I we shopped and filled the fridge with our favorite treats, and headed out to a lovely time in DC.

Beautiful spacious room close to metro
I liked almost everything about the Eldon Luxury Suites. It is a short walk to the Metro and also a nice long walk to the sites. The room is lovely - extremely spacious with a large bedroom, beautiful bath, large kitchen and living room area. I was in the basement and it was still nice. The room came with complimentary wireless and breakfast. The breakfast was mediocre...really poor bread, danish, some apples and mediocre coffee and wierd teas...not your standard black tea. Everyone there was extremely helpful except one man who was working the breakfast area one morning. The area between the metro and the hotel can seem a bit daunting if you arrive at night as there are boarded up buildings, but past the hotel gets really nice. The boarded up buildings have been bought by other hotel chains so this will become developed soon. I got a great rate that was better than any regular size hotel.

I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!
The suite was absolutely huge. It has just been renovated, so it has all of the latest technology (spa shower, plasma tv) as well as a full size kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The bedroom has a huge closet and wonderfully comfortable bed. The only down side was no TV in the bedroom, but that wasn’t a problem for us.
