Excellent Birmingham Hotel
My stay at the Sheraton Birmingham was great from the moment I arrived. Staff at the Reception Desk were friendly and wonderful. I immediately felt welcome. When I arrived at my room, I was so pleased with it and with the view outside of my 15th floor room. The hotel was in a fantastic location, a short drive from everything...restaurants, shoplife and night life. I could not have asked for anything more. I am so happy that I stayed there and so are my friends who also stayed there!!! Thank you!!!

Incompetent Staff
The staff checked me in as the wrong person, double charged my hotel, and still, after weeks of fighting it, have not refunded me. They are unhelpful and unable to serve guests. They were socializing and talking while checking me in and did not even look at my ID, hence, why they checked me in as the wrong person. I still haven’t been refunded yet.
