Won’t be going back
For the price of this hotel you can get much better value elsewhere. The location is not great however the free shuttle bus to the nearest tube station does help. The room was clean but basic. The staff were condesending when we advised that our bill was wrong and we were also unable to check in when we arrived due to technical problems with the booking system. Overall we were disappointed with this hotel and wont go back to a Hilton in a hurry.

great hotel
great hotel, excellent service, used both minibus service to tube and hilton ferry and found both convenient great breakfast set us up for the day! would happily stay again
try a day pass for the ferry, you can then go from the hotel to all the different stops on the river from tower bridge to thames barrier as many times as you want over the day much easier than the tube and much better views!
