Great location
Just in front of the main station, which rives easy acssess to all over Cologne. Meals in hotel restaurant are not well varied. Expensive breakfast not included in room rate

Cologne
this was a last minute booking on my way through europe. it was a nice hotel and very conviniant for traveling. i was very inmpressed with the city in general, that i knew nothing about. the hotel was nice but if i ever go back to cologne i may try a different hotel, one that has an attributing feel to the beauty of cologne.

Good room for the money
I was staying in the room by myself so it was fine but if I had to share the room with someone it would have been tight. Perfect for a business traveller. Good with a spouse but I think it would be a hard place for a family. The room was clean and well furnished. Location as good. Extremely close to the cathedral. I could see the cathedral from my room. Close to public transportation. Within walking distance to night time hot spots.
