excellent location, would return.
We stayed at the Tower 2 location for 4 days and found this hotel to be sunny, clean & comfortable (except the small area rug under the coffee table which needed to go in the garbage). Overall, no complaints. Staff was very helpful & location was excellent. Our 12 year old loved the small pool on the roof where the view of the area was expansive. Many cafe’s nearby. One needed only to think about wanting a cab & presto--there it was. Palermo is a bit noisy late night/early morning but this wasn’t a big problem as long as you don’t sleep with the windows open. We would return to this area & hotel if we are lucky enough to visit BA again.
pick up water/soda/wine/beer & snacks in any of the small stores nearby for a surprisingly small amount of $$ and host your own happy hour! The small kitchens are very convenient and are sparsely furnished with just enough of what you need.

"Wonderful Hotel"
I loved this hotel. The cleaning ladies were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a promising up and coming neighborhood. The pool was very nice and relaxing!! The work out room was perfect for light runs and was empty most of the day. Great place to stay in Palermo!

Overall not real bad, but will not stay here again
It wasnīt a bad place, but there is rarely anyone at the front desk in this hotel. They have a Hollywood Suites that is down the street and around the corner, and there is a front desk there that manages both places. There is however a security guard there, but he doesnīt want to help anyone with questions. He just sends you to the main office. The location is not really near a subway stop, but there are a couple good restaurants near by, and the area is quiet. The room I had was a one room studio with TV and a balcony, and it was quiet. My first night I asked for a wake up call at 7:00am, and I didnīt receive a call. I did receive a call the next night, but I didnīt request a wake up call. I will not stay at this hotel again.
