Really lovely hotel and staff
An excellent 4 star hotel which merits its star rating and provides good value. The hotel is situated right on the beach and has a very large and high quality swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. The hotel restaurant is very good and I’d recommend eating there at least once during your stay. It is fiarly pricey compared to nearby restaurants but the quality of food merits this. The beach itself is pebbly, not sandy, but since this is the best hotel with the best pool you’ll spend your time by the pool rather than on the beach so not a problem unless you happen to love sand! The location is great, just down the mountain from Taormina and the hotel runs regular shuttle buses. Overall, highly recommended and my wife and I shall be returning.

Not a Bad Resort
when booking this hotel, we made the mistake of thinking that it was situated in Toarmina. This, however, is not the case. It is situated in a small town along with other resorts about half an hour’s drive from Toarmina or a bus ride costing 5 euros return per person. The hotel itself is rather dated and the lobby is in desperate need of some attention. The rooms, on the other hand, are very pleasant. The views from the hotel are stunning to say the least. The only complaint I would have with this hotel is the location. Highly impracticle if you want to visit Taormina.
