elegant spot
I’ve chosen this hotel because I liked the place. Victor Gugo Blv. is one of my favorite streets in Nice. The service turned out to be good as well. My check in was really fast, I only had to sign the form. It’s a nice place and it’s close to everything.

Room for improvement
Our room was very spacious and clean, no paintings on walls gave a sparse feel, comfortable bed, bathroom was fine except for shortage of hot water on one day(rest of time was okay). The reception area carpet could be steam cleaned to improve first impressions and general housekeeping in this area seemed to be lacking on first weekend of our arrival. The decoration to the landings is a bit tired and dated looking. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, so cannot comment. Staff were pleasant. Location is good for the beach, city centre, airport buses, pleasant area etc.
