Needs improvement
When we checked into hotel- we found the people helpful and friendly and the room was available-the clerks at the check-in desk, however, did not acknowledge nor were aware that the BOOKING, AS PER YOUR WEBPAGE, INCLUDED COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST. Could you please have the necessary adjustments made. Also this is a rather "tired" Mercure and probaby not entitled to 3 stars and not equivalent to other Mercures that have used- air conditioning does not work( we were told it has not yet been turned on), the walls in the bedroom are a little worn looking, and there are NO english language TV channels(including no english news channels) Looking forward to your response

dissappointing dinners
We were very comfortable at this hotel and the staff were excellent, breakfast was great but we were not very happy with the dinners and feel this let the hotel down, our stay was out of season maybe it’s better at peak times

Brilliant staff, but tired room
Lots of good things to say about this hotel. Excellent location, right in the heart of things, no hotel parking, but plenty of parking around (won’t vouch for high season though), very good breakfast buffet (not real cheap though), and staff who were second to none throughout our stay. The downside, our room was very tired. Loose power outlets, curtains not hanging right, outdated decor. Clearly a room that hasn’t had a makeover for a long time and is well past its use-by date.
