Hotel ok for the price
Although the hotel was clean, centrally located for what we needed for our trip and the staff was very helpful,when I inquired if there were two TVs in the 1 bedroom queen bed suite, (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the sitting area/sofa bed-we were traveling w/a 16 yr old) they said that there was. Well, in fact there wasn’t. I’ve secured other hotels in this CT. area for the same money or less and had better room amenities. King size beds and 2 TVs. This is important to my family-maybe not yours!

Decent but not outstanding
The hotel is having a facelift done to the exterior currently. The beds are uncomfortable and hard, and the bathroom was pretty small, but I would probably go there again. It is conveniently located, has the living room that is seperated from the bedroom by sliding doors and for the money, it was decent.

Dont stay at the Residence by Marriot in Branford, CT
My stay included a 2 hour Fire alarm ringing which is still in my head..Not to mention I called the front desk the night before I was to check out to inform them I’d like a late check out, which they agreed to. Only later to have someone knock on my room at 11:00 am informing me I must check out ! This place has no class at all !!
