Bad service, can’t keep reservation
I had reserved a non-smoking room 1 month in advance and had fully paid the total amount aswell. When I arrived, they had told me that they did not have any non-smoking rooms for the night and that I had no choice but to stay in a smoking room. I had paid in full for the price of a non-smoking room(which was quite a lot!), instead they gave me a smoke filled room for the same price, they did not even give me a discount. The next day my clothe was smelling like smoke, I did not sleep properly due to the air in the room. I recommend you go elsewhere where they give you what you had paid for.

Best quality/price
Excelent location, quiet rooms, the staff definitely was friendly and helful. The only "but" are the bathrooms, small and the bath tub needs a replacement. Good quality for excelent price, definitely will go back.
From Heathrow or Gatwick Airports, get the Express Train to downtown London and then a taxi if you are 2 or more (about 8/10 pounds respectively). Cheapest and fastest option. You can get to this hotel in less than half an hour.

Great stay!
This hotel was an excellent choice. It is in a good location, close to 2 underground stations and King’s Cross. You can also walk to Oxford Circus, which provides a lot of shopping and eating options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel restaurant is good and the bar is outstanding, with many very nice people there to serve you. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in London.
