Poor phone service.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and the second time the phone in my room didn’t work. I missed a client meeting because the client couldn’t reach me to reschedule. I flew 24 hours and they were very frustrated that we couldn’t meet. The hotel staff only said, "This normally doesn’t happen." No apology, no bottle of wine, nothing.
