Convenient and comfortable
The hotel is cozy and a nice place to crash after walking all over the city. You are crazy if you plan to spend much time in the hotel anyway. Old Town Dusseldorf is a quick walk from the hotel with lots of pubs, yummy places to eat and LOTS of shopping.

Great Location
We stayed at this hotel for three wks total and was very comfortable there. It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to the Old City,train station within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I guess our only complaint is that there is not enough lighting in the room to read. Overall we were very happy with this hotel and would go back
Traveller's tip on local attractions
We were able to walk to the train station to take the trains to the different cities we wanted to visit and were able to walk to the Old City which is very charming and interesting overall I would recommend eating and drinking in the Old City

Great hotel for the price very helpful english speaking staff
We booked a room for 3 which was an excellent size with a small balcony at the back of the room. We didnt have the breakfast but staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just off the Konigsalle which is the main shopping street in Dusseldorf. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Aldsadt which is where the majority of bars and clubs are. We however found this to be a very pleasant walk with two or three nice bars on the way.
Rooms are completee with a reasonable size fridge so stock up with some bottles of Alt beer form a kiosk and enjoy them from the comfort of your room before heading into town
