Dirty sofa
Stained sofa. Restroom door would not lock. Coffee machine was broken. Ice machine was not on our floor (only on 3rd)... Welcome gift was was cute. Cookie was very good. Complementary water was great, since it was hot! Free wireless, free parking and free breakfast (I didn’t eat it, though). I wouldn’t stay there again, or recommend it to a friend.

Great value, comfy rooms.
I just stayed here one night so I could take an early flight out of LAX. Great rooms, nice place, at a VERY GOOD price. Breakfast buffet was nice too, loved the waffles. This hotel is by FAR the Best choice around. I can’t think of a single thing wrong, except for maybe no pool. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If headed to LAX in the morn, leave plenty of time. The hotel is close, but LA traffic is the WORST. The good news is if you are traveling with someone, the car pool lane will save you the usual LA freeway headaches. Getting to the freeway from the hotel was a little tricky, so get directions the night before.

Stylish/Clean/Quiet/Great Breakfast
The hotel was stylish. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy. I appreciated the fact that there was a mini frig and microwave in the room. The breakfast was good. he hotel was also located in a good neighboorhood. What I did not like was that the sink basins sit on top of the counter and it was hard for me to lean over it to wash my face (I’m 5ft 5in). I mean they looked nice, but are not practical for people who are less than 5ft 6in tall. We’d deffinately recommend this hotel.
