No elevators
It was a nice hotel with a very nice restaurant, but there were no elevators which posed difficulty with carrying my heavy luggage to the upper floor on winding stairs. The other items that I overheard was when a military person arrived and were told (kind of rudely) that they can’t check in until 4pm until "someone" arrived. No suggestion to keep his luggage, have a free soft drink at the restaurant while you wait or anything. I would think hotels would bend over backwards for military personnel.

Not a bad trip
Didn’t like the sleep number beds. Other than that, everything was fine. I would stay again.
