Will return again!!
We stay at this hotel one to three times per year. They are very courteous and caring people. The facilites are fantastic and they have wonderful security! Only a block and a half to the outdoor 16th St. Mall. We will return again as always and I will always recommend this hotel!!

Not Impressed
I ordered a King and received two double beds. When my wife filled out the survey on their TV about not being satisfied we received a call from hotel management at 7:00 AM asking why. When my wife informed them that we were given two double beds they told us it was our fault for not addressing it earlier (we got in real late and didn’t have time to change rooms.) When we complained about all of the noise we heard from outside (24 floors up), upstairs, and in the hallway we were told there was nothing the hotel could do about it. At no point did they attempt to correct the problem or accept responsibility. Besides that, the room was small, the mini bar was locked up so nobody could use it, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Also, there is no free parking and you’re forced to pay for valet or find another parking lot off-site that you have to pay for.

Denver’s nicest Hotel
My family and I drove to Denver from SLC for the Broncos/Patriots game early October. The valet, even though a bit pricey, was EXCELLENT. The indoor pool was so nice, clean, and warm! However, I have small children, and it started at 4 ft, so that was a bummer. We didn’t go outside to the hot-tub, nor did we visit the rec room. We also didn’t visit the hotel restaurant, too expensive. Another disppointment was there was no gift shop in the hotel. Luckily, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, the service was fantastic, and they treated us like royalty. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!
Traveller's tip on local attractions
We were unsure how to get to the Invesco Field, so we took a taxi which was about 14.00. However, taxi rides home were not an option! They have a taxi line from the field, but it was incredibly long. They do offer free rides home on a bus, which took us w/in a block of our hotel.
