Basic but helpful and in good location
The front room we had was noisy as it overlooks the tram stop. Breakfast was excellent, the room smallish but clean and fresh. Only one lift which was slow at busy periods. Just 3 or 4 tramstops into town though. Desk staff very helpful.
Traveller's tip on dining
If you want to have a typical German meal try one of the Reissdorf Brauhaus in the streets behind the hotel. Great with the local Kolsch beer.

Great hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst on a business trip to Cologne. The hotel is ideally situated within 10-15 mins walk from the city centre. There is a tram stop outside with easy connections to the centre and also the exhibition centre. The hotel is very clean and the room comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also very good. Overall I would definately recommend this hotel.

Good central location
The hotel frontage is small, however staff are friendly and helpful, Easy tram connections to centre and to HBF to connect to airport. Breakfast was fresh with good selection. I had a larger room which was comfortable
The hotel feature a couple of restauranrts each month. Also they have a concession with a local health club
