Gem in Salzburg
Courteous staff, and great location. Loved it. Would not recommend the garden restaurant however.

Excellent stay, would love to visit again
Have just returned from an excellent stay at the Hotel Sacher. The hotel was very luxurious and the staff were very friendly and efficient Although the hotel was luxurious the ambiance was very relaxed The hot chocolate served in the bar was delicious! I would definately have no hesitation in recommending this hotel
Traveller's tip on dining
We visited Alter Fuchs (restaurant) one night but it was full.We went back a few days later and managed to find a table. The staff were friendly and the food very good and resonable We found this restaurant due to trip advisor reviews. It is worth a visit

A perfect experience
The Hotel Sacher was more than I had hoped for even knowing that it is 5 star. The outside is impressive, the inside spotless and absolutely beautiful and the staff went out of their way for us. The room was by far the largest I have ever had in Europe, and more than comfortable. The hotel restaurants were excellent and reasonably price. I could whole heartedly recommend this to anyone.
