if you absolutely can’t afford anything else...
This was probably at one time a very nice hotel. It is very inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. very uncomfortable bedding, primitive bathroom and shower, very noisy neighborhood. If you need a cheap place just to crash, then consider it. If you’re trying to relax, get somewhere with a decent air conditioner in a quieter area.

The Price is right
The room was a no-nonsense room....a bed and the bathroom which is pretty much what we expected. No frills or fancy deocrations. The location was right in the heart of the Romantic District and we were one block off the ocean so very convenient. We had easy access to the beach, but the hotel does not provide beach towels or chairs so bring your own towel and we rented a chair and palapas for $10 each. The room was quiet and if you have a street balacony room, the street is not busy so any room should be quiet. They do not provide an breakfast but there are several little coffe shops just two or three doors from the hotel. IF you are a budget minded person, looking for a quiet,conveniently located, simple place to stay, this is your answer. IF you like frills and fancy surroundings then keep moving to the higher priced places.

i stayed there from march 3-7 and housekeeping was cleaning my room when i had come back from a bike tour everytime. beds were hard as a rock, the pools were ok. when i was checking in my name was not on there list, so i had to fill out the form to get my room. overall it was right next to the beach. so if you just need a place to sleep and a hot shower this place is ok for that..
