Excellent Excellent Excellent
This is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in for this price! The quality is amazing. The staff are very helpful, relaxed and friendly. The shuttle service is just great! Getting to the hotel by bus is also very easy. #11. Overall I would recommend this Fab new hotel to anyone..
If you are flying to/from Treviso Airport outside of the shuttle hours, be prepared to pay €20 for a taxi!

Great hotel, but shuttle service and Internet dissappointed
This is a newer hotel, very well appointed, nice rooms, good service, comfortable beds. It’s a great place to stay, and the train to Venice took only about 30 minutes as I recall. The shuttle service dissappointed -- the driver was rude, and played loud rock music in the van with no regard for the preferences of his passengers. I took two trips in the shuttle and it was the same each time. The biggest problem was that Internet access was very expensive. The way it was advertised you think that the Internet is free, but it isn’t. It was actually fairly expensive.

Great decor, comfy beds, outstanding service, good food. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle from the airport and to the railroad. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. We lost our luggage and they tried very diligently to track it down for us everyday.Extremely courteous staff.
