Basic but functional
Great location, warm service, and a lovely balcony view out across lake Annecy...if it were not for the dual cariageway in between. This did the job, but the kitchenette was functional at best - a sink, a fridge, and a microwave, no cooker. Otherwise fine for a couple of nights, but any longer not really viable.

great for families
we only stayed here for 2 nights but it was a great location. the children loved the duplex sleeping arrangement so they had their own upstairs space. the apartment had a great view over the lake over quite a busy road. big supermarket very close for buying supplies.
to get to lake for sunbathing and bathing, residel guests are able to walk through the campsite and use their private lakeside area.
