The holiday Inn is a very family friendly hotel which is excellent value for money
We stayed at the Hotel Inn in Penang for 4 nights with our 5 year old son. There is a free kids club which is great for those mums and dads who want 5 mins peace and quiet, although we only used it once. My son spent most of his time in the pool or playing with the lifeguards who were really friendly. There are daily activities for those who are looking for something to do. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the service was exceptional. My only complaint was that our air conditioning in our room was leaking water, and I think had I been bothered to complain, they would have moved us!!!
There is a nightly local market outside the hotel which we visited, but be warned, we found it to be more expensive than the local shopping malls on the island.

Nice hotel
The Good Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms with balconies are great, with a great view. It`s right on the beach, and the swimming pool, garden area, and pool bar are great. The Bad The bathroom didn`t have a fan which was strange, and the bath could have been cleaner. Also the cushion on the bed smelled bad and wasn`t clean, but you can just throw it off so not that big a deal really.
Traveller's tip on dining
Be careful when buying seafood in restaurants. Sometimes the advertised price is only for 100 grams, and they will serve you 500 grams which can send your bill a little higher than you would have anticipated!

for sure i will stay in this resort on my next visit
I find out the hotel managment and service been great as i have been told by freind ,whom was staying in this resort almost 22 years a go.
it a great pleace for family to stay in regards of comfort,general service,facility around and ect.
