Not a great location.
I did read the reviews before I reserved a room so I knew what to expect. The area was in a random area in Brooklyn. Nothing glamorous at all about it. But the plus was that there is a train station just down the street that took us into Manhatten. The attendant was pleasant so no problems there. The room however was really small. Perfect for a couple. There is no carpeting, which I thought was weird. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room until I saw the brown stain in the the toilet which grossed me out. After seeing the room and location I thought the price for it was too high. I guess it is alright if you are on a budget and only staying for a very short time.

Reasonable priced to Brooklyn standard
Reasonable priced to Brooklyn standard and very close, half of block, to the subway station, a big plus. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended for someone travel to Manhattan and look for an economical place to stay.

Not a good neighborhood, but decent enough place.
If you’re going to be in doing things in Brooklyn and you don’t mind being in a depressing neighborhood, this is a decent enough hotel. It’s clean and the rooms, though small, are quite adequate. The on-site parking leaves a lot to be desired. It’s difficult to get in and out of. For what I need, it’s a good enough hotel. But if I was still in business, and on an expense account, I’d look for a nicer place.
